The US and PH are two very different countries to be compared. One is a first world, the other is a third world. If you compared Vietnam and Philippines then your statement could make more sense. As for things being "OK", did the funds from what we loaned from other countries really went to the betterment of our nation, especially during this pandemic? All the improvements you mentioned are pre-pandemic. -

If I'm not mistaken, the total debt stock has reached its current level because of the borrowings of multiple administrations. Economic managers of the current administration has stated that the debt level is manageable and I hope they're right about it. This country has potential. If we play our cards right, paying off the debt shouldn't be a problem. -

At 45 the universe connected with me through my dreams, told me to hold you tight. In my dreams I saw the planet killer, devourer of life, ender of hope, the apocalypse in the form of a giant space rock. The radio said we had 2 minutes left but death pummelled through the clouds earlier than expected. I don't think it mattered. No length of time is enough to say goodbyes. We were at the top of Antipolo overlooking Ortigas. At first it was slow, beautiful almost to behold. Without warning the huge object accelerated and disintegrated buildings throwing pieces of the earth to the heavens, and then I finally realised that our love has come to an end. You were strong you faced the end, I turned my back and embraced you one last time. I said mahal na mahal kita, Love. But the pain never came. It was dark and cold, I saw stars.

Nakakalungkot! Pagkalipas ng tatlompu't dalawang(32) taon ay winakasan na ang kasunduan ng UP at DND na pinapayagan ang UP campus na mag sagawa ng pag titipon laban man o para man sa gobyerno...Ang rason daw? naging at patuloy pa ring nagiging ''breeding ground'' ito ng mga makakaliwa at komunistang organisasyon! Eh sir paano naman yung diskarte ng mga pulis natin dyan sa mga darating na panahon? Kung baga dyan na nga lang yung masasabi mo na pwede mong sabihin yung kabulukan ng lipunan eh..babawiin nyo pa? beke nemen ser megbege pe esep nye?
Sabihin na natin na'' meron'' talagang nahihikayat yung mga makakaliwa at mga komunista dyan at talagang umaakyat ng bundok! pero paano naman po yung mga talaga namang may ipinaglalaban tulad ng rally para wag itaas yung tuition fee? yung para sa kalikasan? at iba pang -cause oriented groups na wala namang kinalaman sa komunista?
UP is the only place in the PH with a sufficient space or ground to massively organized towards a certain cause with out any permit and that the police keep thier distance( though spying is real), the media covers the anti-government protest but not the ''other'' protest by non-partisan cause oriented groups. The thing is that if communism is the enemy then take it by the horn and not by the tail.
