Is Keto in the Philippines possible?

The most delicious diet ever. You get to eat lechon, barbecue, roast chicken, pork chops, fish, chicken, and ALL THE STEAKS you could ever want. Pwede din Unli sa Korean joints. You've got just to try this!

Shots were taken today at Gulf Island National Seashore Park in Florida during a morning walk. It was a little overcast and chilly but still a very pleasant walk. The beach at this US National Park is outstanding. The sand is as white as snow and it goes for miles. It was only a 5 minute drive from the beach house we rented in Navarre.

i already try this when there is a lockdown i make my own keto food so weird because everything I eat is arranged should balance white meat, buy some organic veggies, spices,. etc.. its okay for me because you know healthy food is important to us. if you are a salty person you will not like it. because has no taste of MSG just a pinch of salt pepper you can taste. than buying a keto meal a day. the expensive too not worth it. advice you just do atleast you control everything you put.

One of the things I really miss: Street photography. Damn covid. Early morning hometown stroll. Bacolod City, Fuji X-T10 + kit lens, 2019.

A lot of people tried it but I don't recommend it. You will use fat but duh you will eat fats and who says thats healthy???? I have an actress friend whos on a strict keto diet. Imagine she only eats fat and whats worse is that she puts oil in her water and coffee. Disgusting at its finest. She lost weight but the draw back of that diet will soon take your body.

When you look outside the window, the 12th floor of the hotel and you see the thick clouds of people walking from opposite sides of the avenue - you tend to wonder if one of those clouds of people could be your future hubby or what not. You fling the blinds and turn off the tv and you lay in bed with the goose - feathered pillows and you're lonely. There was this guy you really, really liked and you pretty much owe him an explanation. Will he talk to you again? I hope so.

Doing some early spring cleaning and threw away a pair of running shoes yesterday, they are not worn-out and still have life in them. Crazy as it may seem, but it is more of a symbolic gesture that I finally decided to stop running after and chasing wild dreams and fantasies that really isn't getting me anywhere and to instead focus on reality to help me move on with life. On second though, it is sort of a spring cleaning or house keeping and tidying-up of the heart and soul. 🙂

LCIF I’ve done also. It worked naman. But not as effective as keto. If your serious about trying keto I can assist you here.

So it's like See food diet. I see food I eat it. But for me, I'm trying to get back on LCIF (Low Carb Intermittent Fasting)
