Red Bull This is my quick food. I don't need anything else. Just a can of this will get me going for 6 hours. Now if you're old like me you will feel a slight palpitation so watch it. Don't over do it, maybe try half a can first. ?

It saddens me that it will be a few years more before I can taste this Ice Cream. So creamy, milky, no extenders.
