I'm even at a platinum loyalty tier, I might switch back to Lazada Sometimes, even if you have a great product, when customer service is bad, you lose a customer. I've been struggling to resolve an issue with shopee for the past week. I've spoken to 3 different agents (+ 2 supervisors) and they all have different answers to the same problem. So for now I've put any items I would be purchasing on hold. If my issue doesn't get resolved, then I'm moving to back to Lazada.
