Move to province away from all the cell site radiation, away from radio and TV signals. Avoid all types of signals. Avoid Wifi, avoid cellphone. Or you can live underground. Literally underground like the basement. Eat natural grown vegetables. And fresh safe meat. Avoid sugar and all artificial stuff. Do colon cleanse. Do fasting. Rest and rest.
