Administrators Do Better Posted May 10, 2021 Administrators Share Posted May 10, 2021 I've always been a fan of free energy from solar panels. In the past 10 years I've collected several solar panels that I bought online, but I've never really invested in a solar panel array to power our home. It just doesn't beat the cheapness and comfort of using energy from the grid. This is more like a hobby at this time, still after 10 years. Sigh. This thread will attempt to evaluate the current practicality of solar power generation. Which is better for everyone, in the long term? Members Deus_1nterfectorem
If the efficiency of the solar panels increases and technology of battery storage has advanced enough, then yes. Currently masyado pa sya mahal para sa masa. Kaya lang maka afford is yung may maraming income to invest in such a system. In my perspective, renewable has the potential to sustain energy for residential use only. For Industrial and commercial, nuclear energy is the way to go.
