Or when his english teacher said hors d'oeuvre is pronounced as "horse - devoir" And when another high school teacher is teaching drafting when she's not trained to teach drafting. Or how about when teachers can no longer fail a student despite poor attendance and dismal performance for fear that they will be evaluated against it.
