I feel na you’re a light hearted guy and wouldn’t take things seriously. I’m glad na you know what you’re getting at. 

Some women’s kryptonite is accountablity. If a woman would say two sentences about their ex in a negative way,  I’d be immensely suspicious of her. She hasn’t realize that she has kids with this guy and lived and slept with this guy and she is halfy responsible for the whole thing.

Hi C. Unicorn! 

The first season was good and a bit ‘traumatizing’, I honeslty wasn’t expecting that the main character would die and leave his wife/lover behind with their kid. The second season was fun! I can’t believe R. Speedwagon is still alive and was able to participate and witness some of Jojo junior’s adversaries! for awhile, at least. 

It’s funny when the series plays the song from YET called Roundabout at the end of each episode.

Don't be someone else's support system . You can't take care of the whole world and people need to be responsible for themselves.

Lastly, its not reasonable for someone to expect you to take care of them or their family - you got other things to deal with in your life.

Netflix had launched a  documentary series called Worn Stories that featured people's meaningful pieces of clothing that were part of some very interesting event in their lives - bad and good.  Filipinos are very sentimental when it comes to things that gave meaning in their lives. It can be a watch, a pair of canvas shoes, a worn out buckle of a belt or a faded tote.  

You need to take  a picture of it or you can steal a photo on Google and write what's your sentimental memory, good or bad, sad or mad! 

City on a Hill's produced by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. It's probably the best show yet on Showtime and I hope that Netflix would have this soon. Not your typical Law And Order with tad raunchiness.

10 years ago I started Atkins. This is like the original low carb diet. What it used to be catered to extreme diabetic people, it became a success to millions of people who struggled with their weight and mental health. I think Atkins invented the word Ketosis, in my honest opinion.

Eliminating all types of Carbohydrates, and sugar water,  avoiding some vegetables and fruits is harsh at first but after the second week and third - you'd feel anxious for carbs and your moods would change from worse to better. 

Sugar makes you look pudgy and older. Sugar has control of your mental health and it will get worse in time. 

 Sugar is the enemy and should be removed from your system henceforth.  

Ano na ang score natin ngayon? tayo na ba or what? 🙂 

The Eeew Food would be old meat, frozen steaks and bangus raised sa pond na malumot. With old meat, its tough to eat and the same with frozen steaks. No matter how long you grill the steaks, pag hatiin mo sa gitna, frozen pa din. You’d definitely taste the difference pag kumakain ng lumot ang bangus..tignan mo ang tiyan..😵
