According to some people on the internet, the people in the IATF do not know what they are doing. Nanghuhula lang daw. Really? But, in order for a person to judge if a person failed at a certain task, well, that person commenting should at least know better than the person being commented on. Top of the list should be a part of the medical field and not the military. Also, someone doesn't need to know how to drive to tell that a driver failed at his job when the driver causes an accident.
