I had an experience of a demonstration of Silva Mind Control method somewhere and then I read the book. I learned to control it and it seems to be real. I can see the exact placement of things before I go to a particular destination. This was before the internet even came into existence. There were also times that someone claims to have met and interacted with me with the same description as the one in my dream. Right now, I don’t practice it anymore. There were instances that a dark smoke hovers over my body before I return to it. Although a priest had taught me how to protect my body, the feeling is still cringy.
