Agree with this. The diet that worked for me. What’s important is that you stick to whatevet diet you’ve chosen. And calorie deficit if planning for weight loss for those obese and overweight. definitely possible to do in philippines. Especially now more people are venturing into keto diet food business. Just make sure that it’s keto approved.
