Which online course is most likely to help me get a job after I’m finished? Some HR managers are still skeptical of online training and consider a college degree as the golden standard for a good hire. This is changing but there’s still a high threshold for proving your worth through e-learning.

What are your thoughts on this subject?

Online education has been around for decades, but the field is still in its infancy. Companies are just starting to take notice and hire e-learners. They want to know how well these workers will perform on the job, and if online learning is comparable to actually learning in a real physical school.

No.

It will help you tremendously with new Knowledge and Techniques , efficient updates and other cost saving Methodology .

As Department Manager i will only put a small weight on candidates whose CV is mostly OL classes.

I check predominantly the work experience and specific functions assigned to him.

OL Classes / Certificates  is just like Extra Sweetener

My 2 cents
