    • Someone who cant decide what they want. I call them urong-sulong type. Just go for it of you want it or leave.  One of the things i know is a wrong move on my end which ended up hurting me is trusting someone to keep a promise and then when i look back, they never really said the words "i promise".. so there was never really a promise to keep. Wrong move I assumed they promised but they never did.

One day at a time...small steps..until it numbs the pain of separation.

sometimes you need to just crawl back into a bottle to wash it all out. Some say just move on to the next, but that wouldn't be fair to your next partner or it may just make things more complicated or worse later on. 

Keeping busy. anything that would occupy your mind and get it out of  the past. work..working out...getting a new hobby...use the time to get better while your wounds heal.

Just keep moving forward. looking back on purpose just reopens the wounds that are healing. 

One day you'll just wake up fine and refreshed.:classic_ninja:

me, i drank a lot, cried myself to sleep when i was eating alone i also cried, i cried while i was driving......

but then one day, you won't have to cry anymore because ubos na tears mo for that person.....

keep moving forward kahit gaano kahirap!!
