I have a question re: acceptable lease periods in PH. Got an offer from a telco to rent a piece of land my family owns but i find the lease term too long (30 yrs). Not sure if this is the standard but a sound advice is appreciated. TIA

Started with Street Fighter, Mortal Combat, Contra and Battle City but played sporadically. Got into hardcore gaming when I first had a PC and went through burning hours in Counter Strike, NBA Live (more famous than 2K at the time), Warcraft, Battle Realms, Command and Conquer, Diablo and later on Ragnarok Online (yes, the one where you have to buy load to play). Several years later found myself spending more time in DOTA and more MMORPGs (Lineage, RAN, Cabal, Grand Chase, etc.). 

The Lion King (animated movie) was sponsored by my school when I was in kinder. I left the cinema crying because of what happened to Mufasa.

So far both are doing wonders for my beard growing journey...

My iPhone 6S worked quite well for me though it's battery has ran its course and need some hardware upgrade somehow. I'm still following an advice I got from a friend when we started working to spend/save money elsewhere than go for regular phone upgrades or buying the latest gadgets.

Some thoughts so far - installed Bumble a couple days ago (LOL) and not really much of a difference UI-wise but I think I'll need to compare further with Tinder (LOL).

In terms of experience using it, I quite was amused that some ladies (officemates and previous client contacts) I know personally are using Bumble too. Noticed that majority of prospective matches were from prominent schools and some can be cross-checked with their other social media accounts. This actually gave me some sense of security that I'm not most likely to deal with a catfish.

Used to have Tinder few years back just to pass time when I was in the US and experience was horrible.   

How's the experience using these apps so far?
