  1. Netflix had launched a documentary series called Worn Stories that featured people's meaningful pieces of clothing that were part of some very interesting event in their lives - bad and good. Filipinos are very sentimental when it comes to things that gave meaning in their lives. It can be a watch, a pair of canvas shoes, a worn out buckle of a belt or a faded tote. You need to take a picture of it or you can steal a photo on Google and write what's your sentimental memory, good or bad, sad or mad!
  2. Here are some thoughts for today.

People are not puzzles to be solved, They're people to be with.png

    1. Do Better

      Do Better

      Funny, coz I solve people.

  3. City on a Hill's produced by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. It's probably the best show yet on Showtime and I hope that Netflix would have this soon. Not your typical Law And Order with tad raunchiness.
  4. Hi Everybody! 10 years ago I started Atkins. This is like the original low carb diet. What it used to be catered to extreme diabetic people, it became a success to millions of people who struggled with their weight and mental health. I think Atkins invented the word Ketosis, in my honest opinion. Eliminating all types of Carbohydrates, and sugar water, avoiding some vegetables and fruits is harsh at first but after the second week and third - you'd feel anxious for carbs and your moods would change from worse to better. Sugar makes you look pudgy and older. Sugar has control of your mental health and it will get worse in time. Sugar is the enemy and should be removed from your system henceforth.
  5. March comes likes a lion and leaves like a lamb - Spring was official last weekend pero bakit zero degrees pa rin dito? 😕

  6. Ano na ang score natin ngayon? tayo na ba or what? 🙂
  7. The Eeew Food would be old meat, frozen steaks and bangus raised sa pond na malumot. With old meat, its tough to eat and the same with frozen steaks. No matter how long you grill the steaks, pag hatiin mo sa gitna, frozen pa din. You’d definitely taste the difference pag kumakain ng lumot ang bangus..tignan mo ang tiyan..😵
  8. Oh, you don’t need validation from your Ex when things are tough with your current. The only validation you need is to either you decide if you want to be happy or you want to be right. One of them is happily married to a much younger girl. Second is probably single at 52 and the third one is probably mooching over someone older with money.
  9. My birthname sucks because my younger cousins have the same name as I do. My screen name resonates a TV show I’ve watched when I was a kid. I like my screen name a lot because my work entails towards those ungodly hours and yonder. Screen names are used to make us more accessible in the Internet world, maybe someone who has the same interests as yours.
  10. I’m surprised that Dentsu already has SMART! 😵 talagang umiikot ang mundo ng ahensya. Palipat- lipat ang mga account at walang permanenteng tirahan. 😀
  11. The truth is like a lion, you don't have to defend it. Let it loose; it will defend itself - Saint Augustine

  12. We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are.

Best not no to look with eyes that deceive then, but rather envision with ones own heart. 🙂

  13. As you age, you'd stop thinking about it because there is no real definite of recanting past hurts and blames I remembered someone told me that I'm a Cancer when I was a teenager. I think its because i don't want to follow their footsteps. Harsh words to say to a 15 year old.
  14. Culture shock is moving to the United States. And working with different people in different states. Understanding accents in different regions. ( Call center people can relate) The portions of food are HUGE and inexpensive. Unfortunately this country doesn't have fat pigs, pork is too lean. Taxes are different in every state. The most expensive is living in Los Angeles. You have to pay for up to $10k a year in California. My tax is a measly $1400 every end of the year, it includes my cars, my home, the school and the school bus. Another thing also there are people who had never gone to school EVER even if the public school system is relatively free for every kid who is willing to get up in the morning. Lastly the fetishizing of Asian women lead me to very interesting experiences, frequently being glared at all the time by women and being stared by young and old men.
  15. The best advice is don't settle. Don't settle down unless you've got enough to keep aside without your significant person knowing it. I was referring towards money. We were 'indoctrinated' in believing that we HAVE to share everything to our partner, everything we have, every iota we have in our body even! but you really have to protect yourself when your marriage is going to fall apart in probably....for the next 10 years or so. If you've been married for 2 decades - Good for you! You still have to put something away for yourself! What about a future investment? a future business deal perhaps? Buying that car you've been lusting about for 10 years now? A spouse is a spouse. Society dictates to you - be a good father, pay your kid's tuition in private schools, provide a good home and vacations or probably buy your wife something fancy- those F shoes she wanted or that F Marc Jacobs. Anyway, my point is that save money. Save enough to build on, SAVE IT in another account even! Do not give everything to your spouse. I think i've made my point. LOL. And lastly, Don't just settle with a person who would make you feel bad all the time. Mental Illness is real! and you have one life - don't put up with anybody who is bad for you and your career!. There you go!
  16. Daft Punk have decided to part ways after 27 years and this is probably one of the best songs in their last album 8 years ago. I miss you, let's talk again soon 🥰 And we will never be alone again 'Cause it doesn't happen every day Kinda counted on you being a friend Can I give it up or give it away? Now I thought about what I wanna say But I never really know where to go So I chained myself to a friend 'Cause I know it unlocks like a door
  17. Hi Pooh Bear. It's funny, our first Valentines together yet we're far apart. The movie was cornball but your company was superb. A heart on the run keeps a hand on the gun It can't trust anyone I was so sure what I needed was more Tried to shoot out the sun In days when we raged, we flew off the page Such damage was done But I made it through, 'cause somebody knew I was meant for someone So girl, leave your boots by the bed We ain't leavin' this room 'Til someone needs medical help Or the magnolias bloom It's cold in this house and I ain't goin' out to chop wood So cover me up and know you're enough To use me for good Put your faith to the test when I tore off your dress In Richmond on high I sobered up, I swore off that stuff Forever this time And the old lovers sing "I thought it'd be me who helped him get home" But home was a dream, one I'd never seen 'Til you came along So girl, hang your dress up to dry We ain't leavin' this room 'Til Percy Priest breaks open wide And the river runs through Carries this house on the stones like a piece of drift wood Cover me up and know you're enough To use me for good So girl, leave your boots by the bed We ain't leavin' this room 'Til someone needs medical help Or the magnolias bloom It's cold in this house and I ain't goin' out to chop wood So cover me up and know you're enough To use me for good Cover me up and know you're enough To use me for good

  19. When you look outside the window, the 12th floor of the hotel and you see the thick clouds of people walking from opposite sides of the avenue - you tend to wonder if one of those clouds of people could be your future hubby or what not. You fling the blinds and turn off the tv and you lay in bed with the goose - feathered pillows and you're lonely. There was this guy you really, really liked and you pretty much owe him an explanation. Will he talk to you again? I hope so.

A thing of beauty you are,  but just a fantasy  that I forever await.

  21. I think the thing i miss the most is Not to F Care about wearing this stupid mask. We've come long ways from the Spanish flu and with the technology that we have currently in the bacterial studies and the medical field, I'm wondering why it took months to figure into making the vaccine. Or worse, it could be political motivated. To be honest, ( in my most humble opinion) people look stupid wearing a mask! Has anyone ever told you " Hey Sugar, your mask looks, sexy! Where did you get that from?". Secondly, the education of our children is faltering. How the F do they learn through online education? I wouldn't bat an eyelash if i'd tell the school Principal to have my daughter repeat 5th Grade because Guys, we have to be kidding ourselves - Most kids won't give a rat's bum about school unless they see their friends! Thirdly, the parties. Currently the Mayor from the City of Pines resigned because of Tim Yap's flamboyant party. I miss the parties but why isn't Tim Yap should be given a week stay at the Baguio City Jail for none compliance? Why would the Mayor have to do this? Put Tim Yap in a cage so there! Lastly what do we miss the most? is to travel abroad and not care about F masks. To be able to stay in a hotel not to be discriminated on which state you're from. Especially in New York City. A few months ago as i was about to check into my hotel, the concierge asked me where i came from and i said I'm from the Midwest. New York City has strict regulations on banning people from several states for coming because of the surge of Covid 19. He looked at me and said " I hope you'd enjoy your stay". And handed me the paperwork and i rolled away with my luggage. Despite of where i came from, it's still business as usual.
  22. This was taken in a cemetery called Mt. Washington. This cemetery is a hundred years old and is a state national treasure.
  23. The cheeseburger i love is the Mc Donald's Quarter Pounder with cheese. My favorite chicken is in a place called Stroud's - it makes pan fried chicken. Th They use an iron skillet for cooking and nothing is more crunchy and more delicious than this baby. The restaurant opens at 4 in the afternoon till 9 and it's always sold- out. Fries : Mcdonalds. The good thing about their fries is that the potatoes are grown in Idaho. The spuds are their gold mine!
  24. Bryan Cranston's Breaking Bad to Showtime ' Your Honor' The best appearance to date from Bryan Cranston would probably be the Super Bowl. Last year, Mountain Dew dragged in Bryan Cranston from vaca and got a 40 seconder - playing Jack Torrance and the creepy twins too. Everyone loves the Dew, the Kansas City Chiefs won after 50 years of being a dud of a team .everybody relishes on Bryan Cranston on Breaking Bad and the series currently showing on Showtime entitled " Your Honor" would probably earn him another Emmy yet! The deal of this show is that it tackles with a Judge from New Orleans would do anything to save his son from going to prison, the kid accidentally rowed a motorcycle rider with his ancient station wagon one fine day, later on, both of them realized that the victim is the son of a violent mobster. This show has a lot of twists abound as i held my warm blanket and cold feet watching Bryan's lines on his forehead giving birth to one after another. It's gripping, It's Terrific!
