Good afternoon to all Here 😊 I need some peace advice for For My peace of mind , peace of my hearts souls , Peace Of My True happiness This Past 2020 I admit I made A lot of mistakes , wrong desicion , wrong move in my life . I been traumatized people Surrounding Me , people I treated Family , bestFriends , Brother sister , mother , Auntie After I gave it all what I have they thrown me Liked a Dirty fk... Trash , there avoiding me when I needed Help, advice , comfort But The exactly how ? When ? where ? Why? I get traumatized until now 2021 ?

  2. It is 1am. I cant sleep. My mind is too active. I'm thinking of someone who comes and goes. I'm thinking of statistics and codes and other work related stuff. And lastly, im thinking of food. i need to sleep. I still have a 5am meeting.

  5. Hi Everybody! 10 years ago I started Atkins. This is like the original low carb diet. What it used to be catered to extreme diabetic people, it became a success to millions of people who struggled with their weight and mental health. I think Atkins invented the word Ketosis, in my honest opinion. Eliminating all types of Carbohydrates, and sugar water, avoiding some vegetables and fruits is harsh at first but after the second week and third - you'd feel anxious for carbs and your moods would change from worse to better. Sugar makes you look pudgy and older. Sugar has control of your mental health and it will get worse in time. Sugar is the enemy and should be removed from your system henceforth.
